V3S主要用于視頻(pín)監控、記錄和分(fēn)析。是一(yī)款無風扇、堅固耐用的車(chē)載NVR系統，具有下(xià)一(yī)代Intel®x86 SoC、豐富的I/O功能和環保耐用性，高度适用于智能總線監控。
V3S具有新一(yī)代14納米Intel®Atom™x7-E3950 SoC(formerly Apollo Lake)。該處理器耗電(diàn)量低，并爲滿足上一(yī)代Atom™處理器的車(chē)輛計算需求提供性能升級。
v3擁有豐富的I/O外(wài)設連接，包括2個串口，2個DVI-D、USB和數字I/O視頻(pín)輸出端口，6個RJ-45端口(4個帶PoE或2個帶PoE+)和可拆卸的SATA存儲槽。爲了實現無線網絡連接，V3S提供2個mini pcie插槽，可插拔雙SIM插槽，支持3G/4G/LTE蜂窩通信。此外(wài)，緊湊型系統還提供了一(yī)個CAN總線選項，以解決駕駛行爲分(fēn)析的問題。
V3S符合E13标準，并通過了MIL-STD-810G抗沖擊和抗振動認證，以确保在非平坦表面上運行時的正常操作。當安裝在汽車(chē)内部時，溫度是另一(yī)個需要考慮的問題。因此，V3S支持較寬的溫度範圍（-40°C到70°C）。
